Office Notice for Spring break and Annual Conferences in Korea

Please be advised that there will be no classes during Easter break from March 30 for one week.

From April 6 to April 17, we will be in Korea attending various annual conferences, where we will be offering presidential greetings and presenting a report on the university.

2:30 pm, a meeting with the president of the BCCAS in Oakland On Wednesday (March 18) 11:30 am, a meeting in Hayward

Therefore, the administrative staff will be working in Northern California, and the LA office will be closed this week.

신착도서: 현재 도서를 빌릴수 있는 도서관은 close되었습니다. 교재는 학교 사무실에 보관되어 있지만 거리상 빌리긴 어렵습니다.
타 대학 도서관: 미주 장신과 그레이스와 협약이 되어 있지만 여기서 확인은 어렵고 직접 가서 빌릴수는 있습니다.

1. Student Small Group Meeting: January 26th (Monday), 5:30 PM, via Zoom. This meeting is to reflect on the past academic semester, renew our commitment, and move forward with renewed energy. All students are encouraged to participate. 2. Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between Henry Appenzeller University and Chain Global Mission: January 29th (Thursday), 11:00 AM. This agreement outlines the terms of cooperation between the two organizations regarding the training and leadership development of ethnic Korean and North Korean defector missionaries, as well as North Korean and global mission work. 1. 학생 소그룹 모임: 1.26(월) 오후 5:30, zoom으로 모입니다. 지난 학업의 과정을 돌아보고 새롭게 각오하며 힘차게 일어서는 모임. 모든 학우들의 참여를 바랍니다. 2. 헨리아펜젤러대학과 고리국제선교회(Chain Global Mission)과의 업무 협약식: 1.29(목) 오전 11시. 조선족 및 탈북민 사역자의 육성과 지도력 개발, 북한 선교 및 글로벌 선교 사명을 위하여 상호 협력함에 있어 제반 사항을 규정하고 업무 협약을 한다.

The Spring Semester of the 2026 academic year begins today. Please be advised that the online Opening Worship Service will be held on Tuesday, January 20, at 5:30 p.m. Interview for newly admitted doctoral program student are scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, at 8:30 a.m. The Executive Deans’ Meeting will take place on Friday, January 23, at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Faculty Meeting at 5:00 p.m. In addition, an MOU Signing Ceremony will be held at the school office on Thursday, January 29, at 11:00 a.m.

Henry Appenzeller University will observe WINTER BREAK during the following period. *BREAK PERIOD: Dec.22(Mon.), 2025 – Jan2(Fri.), 2026. *ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: Basic inquiries will still be received by email during the break. Major administrative processing will resume after the break. *CLASSES & CHAPEL: All regular classess and chapel services will be paused during this period. *NEW YEAR’S OPEN CEREMONY: We are having a New Year’s worship and kick-off meeting in the main conference room on Tuesday 6th, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The event will bring togther faculty, students, local board members, and local pastors. We hope all HAU family will enjoy a restful and refreshing winter break.
